5* amazing hotel. Staff are just amazing and make this hotel what it is. Food is 10/10 which is rare in all inclusive hotels. Anna is the resturant is the mother of the hotel . Kids love her and adults alike. Swimming pool are is very clean as is the whole hotel! I would return.
Great. Room was a little scruffy, air con didn't work but staff were helpful and fixed it within a couple of hours. Food was excellent, staff friendly and good entertainment for adults and kids. Only downside is the pool is FREEZING COLD

Close to good selection of shops and a beautiful beach.

The first time we have been to a kids hotel. Great facilities for kids the room has everything you need from microwave to a fridge. Great entertainment and staff are great. The things that let the hotel down in my opinion are the following:
1. The buffet food was not very nice, plain tasteless and dry
2. Bath has no bath mat which is a surprise for a kids hotel.
3. Soft play area is not very clean.
4. Very loud with people/kids running about late at night and can hear the main street too.
Family of 4 - 3yr old and 6 month old - stayed here for a week and was a great holiday.
Don't expect peace and quiet as always something happening and kids playing and don't expect Michelin star food - food was pretty good and varied for buffet style - just go to see the kids enjoy themselves.
