I want say something for this hotel this it's dangerous believe me have someone make name hotel and take fake working after he say for people sand money for take visa and hotel by ticket for for people's come working take care about it please for name your hotel and thank u
Hotel amenities were fantastic! Great room. Gorgeous rooftop pool. Well laid out hotel. Amazing location. Hotel style and decor modern and fresh. Check in with the reception was short and lacked any information on the hotel. Interaction with the bar staff was always a joy, they made any request easy and showed they were interested in providing a holiday customer service. Makes such a difference in the level of customer service. Dealings with the reception during the stay was bizarre..I can't find words to describe..except a bit ignorant. Check out was a bit rude as well. Only downfall was these experiences but still highly rate the hotel. I would go back.
So we stayed a week and had a very pleasant stay! Both the people who we met at the villa for key collection and who we met at departure we’re very nice! The house was well equipped for 10 people, and had adequate cooking, showering etc facilities. The pool was a little cold when we visited so a heated pool would have been nice but that’s probably a little to much to ask either way, was fine with 7 lads, closer to la pineda than salou with a bit of a lengthy walk to salou.. but perfectly positioned for peace and quiet but walking/cheap taxi distance to anything you could need
Very friendly staff,big rooms,modern hotel,hand sanitizer in all zones. The food is very very tasty!

Loved this place stopped twice now both times you get exactly what you pay for. Sometimes the food is quite samey but it's what you expect from a 2 week holiday. I'd definitely recommend stopping here it's close to everything you need in salou!
They have spacious air-conditioned apartment which is very important for me specially during hot summer time. Clean and they have lovely swimming pool which is only open during summer time. Very close to town, beach and Potraventura Theme Park. Highly recommended for families with children.
5* amazing hotel. Staff are just amazing and make this hotel what it is. Food is 10/10 which is rare in all inclusive hotels. Anna is the resturant is the mother of the hotel . Kids love her and adults alike. Swimming pool are is very clean as is the whole hotel! I would return.
Just a great hotel, everything is near the hotel, the portaventura parc and aquaparc. They also have a great swimming pool. Salou is just a 10 minute walk and to the beach 15 minute walk or 5 min by car. This is perfect for a family holiday.
Lovely clean well maintained hotel. Excellent food and nightly entertainment. The rooms are however small with two huge beds that take up the floor space.
We have being to this Hotel for the last 4 years we love it staff friendly a d helpful, unfortunately our holiday was cancelled this year because of the coronavirus, but we will be back next year ,we can't wait. Hope all the staff stayed safe during virus.
