As someone has already written too many stairs (about 80 steps) not reported on booking, as claimed by the girl who received us. No help for suitcases, clean room, but no heating in the morning. Very small bathroom with toilet attached to the wall and impractical shower unless flooding the room. They wanted the balance immediately but so far no news of the invoice (which they should have delivered to us the next day).
ABSOLUTELY AVOID ... I stayed overnight in the last ten days of December 2018 ....
1) The room is located on the fourth floor without elevator of a period building (with 15 cm high steps) ... if you have strollers, if you are elderly and / or simply if you want to avoid walking four floors, do not go there !.
2) The heating was turned off in the evening by the owners (the room was very cold in the morning)
3) hot water is not present (beware of the owners who suggest waiting for it to arrive ... because when the water runs for 20 minutes and remains cold it means that it is not there!)
4) The bathroom is cramped there is not even space to sit on the toilet
5) The photos that are published of the breakfast are fake (the breakfast consists of a voucher that is given by the owner to have a coffee and a brioche in the bar 200 meters away .....
ADVICE .... IN SALERNO THERE ARE FOUR-STAR HOTELS WITH THE SAME PRICE IF NOT EVEN LOWER BUT WITH A CLEARLY HIGHER TREATMENT
