This place was perfect. Our room was spacious and very modern. The location is excellent, very close to the bus stop and a 4 minute walk to the boardwalk. Host was nice and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this place. We'd stay here again for sure.

The host speaks barely no English! She promised to book a cab to us to the train station. The cab didn’t show so we almost missed our train...
Original place to stay - once you have found it! The owner is very kind and helpful indeed. My room was quirkily modern, and very comfortable with an excellent bathroom. There are two disadvantages : the window gives onto the blind external access corridor (so little daylight). And the room is RIGHT by the pizzeria kitchen, so you need not to mind the cheerful sounds of pizza and restaurant until near midnight. None of this bothered me though, and I much enjoyed my stay!
It's just bed, no breakfast. The rooms are nice and very modern, although not so comfortable. Location is good but it is above a pizzeria which can make it very noisy. Our room was very dark.
