Reviews from visitors:
Nice hôtel, very friendly people. 100 m from the see, next to the shopping area,
Let me start with the good part.
It is located in an very central point of the city. Location is perfect. It is close to the lungo mare and also old city.
Rooms are very clean. My room was quadrupled and the size it perfect. Showers are big enough.
The bad side
Breakfast is not convenient. Due to the COVID-19 protection you have to order your breakfast one day before and you have to inform at what time you want to go the breakfast. In many other hotels they serve breakfast like open buffet with plexiglass protection and you just tell the person what you want to eat and they serve it on behalf of you. I would recommend the management either to move to this approach or not serve any breakfast.
Another matter is WiFi. Our room was at second floor and it was not in the range of WiFi. Unfortunately that was a great issue if you are with children.
The staf and front desk was OK and helpful nothing special.
Finally in my opinion for those conditions it was a bit overpriced.
My preferred hotel in Salerno, Italy. Located in the heart of the city centre, at few meters from the sea side, restaurants, fashion boutique, the local tribunal and medical studios. It has been fully renovated. Very nice and efficient personnel well selected by the owner. Breakfast (open buffet and hand-prepared coffees courtesy of the house). The hotel is rated four stars, which is the higher rate in Salerno. I am their regular customer since 12 years and never had a problem. Personnel speaks English and French with non-Italian customer.
There were no prices on the mini bar and we got charged for the bottles water inside it.
The wifi was unsecured
The turndown service took a while
Breakfast was unimpressive
Would recommend a twin room as that is the bigger size they have, also vpn
Location is great, 2 minutes walk from the seafront.
Staff friendly and helpful
Not so keen on management as I've emailed a week before visiting to know about parking with NO answer or reply.
Breakfast is dead..Nothing special.
No parking at the hotel you have to pay about€20 a day in a public parking lot and the nearest is 2 minutes walk and the service in is notbad and friendly.
