Awesome onsite managers: Kathy and Amanda. Beautiful gulf views. We’ve stayed in both Gulf front rooms, amazing sunset and beach views, and the rooms that have the small side balcony with a partial gulf view and a balcony on the inter-coastal side. All the rooms we’ve ever stayed in are clean, nice and the AC always works great! Pool and hot tub are great, too!!
Great little quaint room (112) with King bed and small kitchen and breakfast table. Who spends all their vacation in their room anyway? Right on the beach and you can’t beat the price. Would rather help out the mom & pop businesses too. The building is historically old but kept up well and clean! Less than a mile from St. Armands Circle. Nice place to bike ride.
Covid is keeping fearful folks away so it’s not crowded and no reservations needed, Columbia restaurant and Rico’s Pizza is a good choice. We will return!
Very well maintained and clean. Nice big pool and cool jacuzzi. Great place for a family.

Just a wonderful small resort. Kathy the on site manager is great. Comfy and clean rooms, in-ground pool, hot tub. Super location to fun beach bars, restaurants and grocery store. Spectacular gulf views and beach. 7 years in a row. Love it here!❤
