THE BEST VALUE IN ST.PETE BEACH! I was there for a 14 day stay 2 weeks ago. Do not book anywhere else! The property is immaculate, the suites provide EVERYTHING you need and more, from a fully stocked kitchen with a full size refrigerator, washer and dryer FREE TO USE on property, grills, beautiful lighted pool at night, picnic tables with umbrellas for shade, to the linen closet with aloe for to much sun... nothing is forgotten here! The owners are WONDERFUL people, very accommodating and will make you feel right at home! Everything is within walking distance including the beach which is just a 3 minute stroll! Call Gulfside before you book anywhere else.. you won’t be sorry and you will go back every year! I met Kathy and her brother Jim...( forgot to mention Resort is family owned) I consider them friends of mine now... Great people, Beautiful place, a memory I’ll never forget!

Super clean, beautiful property! The Jewel of St Pete beach! Centrally located & friendly staff.

Cute, clean & comfortable. We just left and could not have been happier with our stay. Kathy was very accommodating, friendly and the Gulfside was perfect. Most people will book a hotel a few blocks away that cost more, isn’t as clean and has hundreds of people running around. Gulfside is 1 block to the beach, we had a clean pool with lounge chairs, games, the other guests were great and there are nice cafes/restaurants within a few blocks. Don’t hesitate, just go and enjoy, we will be back. Kathy was amazing!

First of all location, location, location! Kathy was so accommodating! We were a group of 7( 2 families) and had 3 rooms rented. The rooms were spotless, beach themed and so well equipped! The pool is fantastic and the pool area is perfect! Lots of seating and umbrellas if you want shade. I have stayed at many locations on St.Petes beach and this spot was most bang for the buck! Will absolutely return!
