Love love love this vintage style cottage. 10/10. The beach is in your back yard!! Would definitely stay there again.the only thing that would make it better would be washer/dryers in each unit.
What an amazing experience! The room was so clean, very neatly decorated, the hotel team was very welcoming and accommodating and the entire stay was perfect! I met one of the owners, Torrie, who personally took my reservation and ensured our stay was 5 star. We recommend Two Mermaids to anyone looking for a relaxing, affordable stay at the beach.
Two Mermaids is my absolute favorite beach resort! This place is quiet and secluded but still close to many great restaurants and hot spots along the beach. The rooms are comfortable and clean and it is so great to open your door and just be steps away from the Gulf of Mexico! There are a variety of different rooms so whether you are looking for a small room on the beach or a place with multiple bedrooms for your entire family to stay comfortably, Two Mermaids can accommodate you! I can't ask for a better place for a beach vacation!
We have been visiting this hotel for years. We have done our best to stay in the same room every time but have stayed in others. Nothing quite like stepping out of your door, turning to the right, and walking to the Gulf. The kitchen is just big enough for your stay, the bed and bedding were perfect. Comfortable furniture and low noise made for a peaceful stay. Publix (a local grocery store) is right down the street, and you can walk to some local businesses. They are renovating the hotel now and from what I have seen it will be even better but still retain its charm. Looking forward to our next stay.
This was the perfect getaway. The property has a neat old Florida vibe & a private beach so it wasn’t crowded at all. The room was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen. Publix and other shops are within walking distance. The kids played outside all day either on the beach, at the volleyball court or the shaded area out back. There were plenty of grills to use and extra beach toys for the kids. Loved the whole experience.
