This place has bed bugs. Woke up in the middle of the night being completely ate up, all over our backs and arms. Still waiting for that refund...
It is under construction, it will be that way til January 2021 it is not open. There will be a new restaurant and full liquor bar LGBTQ. friendly upstairs. The restaurant/ bar won't be open untill late spring.
We are making headway now. I am doing the work on it myself. I don't expect it to open til next fall. There may be a soft opening this summer. I'll post more as the work progresses.
Nope, IT won't be done until Fall. There will be a full bar and grill upstairs .

The owners are SUPER FRIENDLY! They provide many things other long term vacation rentals do not and they bend over backwards to accommodate your necessaties. The pool is so clean and there are plenty of chairs and three grills! You are literally 2 blocks from beach access. The ONLY reason I did not give 5 stars was the windows/appliances could use a twenty first century update....other than that...... PERFECTION!
My friend and I just got back from the sundial in St Pete Beach. It was probably a 5 minute walk from the beach, we had the efficiency apartment with 2 beds one bath and a full kitchen. The bathroom was dated, but it was clean and workable. Thats really my only complaint. The room was clean, carpet looked new and the kitchen was nice. They had a really nice pool and outside sitting area, for such a reasonable price it would be really hard to beat the sundial. The staff was super helpful and nice, we will definitely be returning.
Rooms are very outdated, beds were horrible didn't get any sleep while there. I was able to check in very early, but then was yelled at with others around that I "couldn't park there and my car would be towed" when this employee didn't check my window to see that I already had parking pass. Spend a few more dollars to get something nicer around
