It's a bit older timeshare, but it has some nice amenities. Like a very nice swimming pool that's clean and well cared for, a steam sauna, shuffleboard , pingpong table, a DVD library to loan free and it has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. The beach is right across the street and it's a good one. Nice sand, nice water and it's bottom is shallow and smooth for quite ways out. Great for wading or swimming. The Don Cesar Hotel is just a short distance away and shopping too.
Also , a few blocks away is The Merry Pier. A gift shop, a fishing pier, and shell hunting excursions and other boat trips starting at $25.
It's a very nice area with some good eats, bars, and shops.
Great location, great staff and full apartment living soon all to be newly renovated. A hidden gem.

We have been at beaches all over the world and this remains our favorite. Clean quiet peaceful and because it has all that ...you don’t need extreme luxury.... The beauty is a luxury !! We absolutely love cooking the food we want anytime all day long without being burdened finding a restaurant. The staff. is fabulous always willing to go out of their way to help. We loved it so much we bought four weeks of their time share and one is for our daughter’s family 4 kids!!!! thank you Camelot for giving us so much joy!!!!
