Staff very helpful friendly professional n just over the top. Hotel is absolutely beautiful and lived the fresh flowers everywhere, everything very clean. Room was very spacious, nice n views were stunning. Restaurant was very yummy, staff was great. Suggestions mattress n linens on the bed was little disappointed. I stayed on the north side n we need elevators on this side. Room service would be a big plus too. Other than that just about perfect.
This is a new resort style condo like hotel that is Gulf front. It overlooks a section of the beach that is wide with easy access to the paved path that runs down the length of the beach, thus cars are not necessary to get around. The rooms are spacious, new, and clean with great views. The building is situated so none of the rooms have “bad” views. The furniture and fixtures look good but will most likely not stand the tests of time. For example, the door handle separating the bedroom from our sitting area was already failing. Being on the beach is tough on fixtures so they will need to be replaced every 3-5 years anyway, and they look good now! The service is “a la carte” but adequate. You can request services via texts which is a nice touch. No valet, room service, maid service etc, which is possibly due to new Covid protocols for the staff. Overall it is a fantastic choice for a get away to the Gulf, and I will stay here the next time I am in the area. Don’t miss the sunsets!
Right on the beach. Clean comfortable and good service. Josy the bartender at BRGR Bar is awesome. A great spot in general
We hold a yearly event at this resort and they never disappoint! The staff was exceptional was so accommodating to all of our needs while still making our event covid-safe. For our event, we catered from their resturant. From wings to sliders, the food was amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful and the view is hard to beat but the staff is really why we keep coming back. We've held our happy hour at a few hotels in the area but nothing beats the hospitality. See you guys for holiday happy hour next year!
It’s a really nice hotel. All suites with bedroom, living room and kitchen. Bathroom is amazing. Everything is clean and very updated. Beautiful pool and delicious food and amazing staff. So glad we ended up here!
