Hot showers that don't run out of water and memory foam mattresses! But don't believe the English ads stating they have Parking as an included amenity -- they don't. It's not a terribly long walk to the nearest public lot, but it'll cost you over $40/day, so make sure you budget for it. We were lucky and the booking service we used refunded us the parking costs because of the mis-advertising.
Top service,pleasent staff,extrordinary nice and clean apartments,in centre of town,favorable prices.I will come again for sure.

Recent structure, it is located in a strategic place in the center of Rovinj.
Unfortunately it has some flaws that should not be underestimated: there is no elevator, the rooms are not very clean and the attic apartments have very low ceilings (for those who are 1.80 or more tall will have some problems).
I had relied on the excellent reviews on the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel but I was quite disappointed, considering the price and the fact that parking is available for a fee (about 10 € a day), almost 10 minutes away on foot.
Not the best for those with bulky luggage ...
A cute hotel. The only thing I miss is the breakfast service.
