Clean place. Nice host, speaks good English. Thin walls. Free WiFi. Less than 800 meters (0.5 mile) away from several supermarkets.

Horror room ....
We booked ourselves into this "villa" for 3 nights because we spontaneously met up with friends in Rovinj. When we arrived we were shocked:
- The room corresponds 0.00% to the pictures
- Mold in the bathroom
- disgusting shower cubicle
- a shower curtain in which the remains of the previous owner hung
- no coffee machine, toaster, etc. as it actually appears in the description
The owner was not cooperative, so we had to contact booking. I sent photos of the property to the staff there, and they contacted the owner.
Long story short: we had to pay 50% of the room rate due to refusal by the owners and then left the room ....
A few meters further there are accommodations for a similar price, which are MUCH nicer and cleaner.
I advise everyone against choosing this accommodation.
