Beautifly styled apartments and recently renovated. Located around the corner of the riva and 4 minute walk to the old town proper.
We saw the two rooms on the ground floor - one is a nice bedroom with spacious bathroom and the other is a generous unit with kitchenette and washing facilities plus a fantastic terrace. We stayed two nights and It was very comfortable. The operator was very hospitable and friendly.
In regards to the free parking, this is actually located in a public space around a 10 minute walk away , although the operator picked us up and dropped us to it as oart of the service.
We stayed with friends for seven days in three fabulous apartments. Everything is brand new and looks exactly as on photos. Ground floor apartment and garden are even nicer in reality. Great hosts are paying very much attention to every single detail. It was perfectly clean. Apartments are equipped with everything one can need in the kitchen and bathroom(dishwasher, washing machine, and smaller things). Great location, in downtown, but still very calm accommodation and street. Many restaurants, supermarket, and bank are just behind a corner. Sea is 3 min. walk away. Zoran suggested us free and safe parking in the city that is 10min. walk away from apartment. He picked us up and also drove us back. Zoran and his wife take so much care about the apartments and their guests. They were always available and replied very fast when we needed it. We had cold beer and wine as welcome drink. Great accommodation, best and dearest hosts ever!

Stayed 4 days at this awesome place very convenient, very clean and brand new renovated. The apartment is equipped with everything and even more than you’d need. Perfect place to discover the city, everything is within walking distance. Your host Zoran guides you to a free parking lot (10 minutes walk), takes care of your luggage and drops you off there after checkout. We were at Istra Island Hotel for 3 days before. La Fondiaria is a clear recommendation and gives you a far-way better experience and value compared to a hotel stay.
