Extraordinary experience from start to finish. Professionalism and hospitality on a highest level as always, even more then that in this challenging times. Due to covid19 circumstances we felt very safe and relaxed thanks to lovely, hardworking and smart people of Istria. Will happily come back again and again. Thank you Lone.
Great location, close to city center. Staff is professional and pleasant...food is also good. Room is clean and comfort with big balcony.
Perfection!!!
Our stay at Lone would have been perfect, if it wasn't for rude female recepcionist. The first impression was therefore disappointing. Rest of the staff was pleasant throughout the stay but misunderstandings with same receptionist continued until checkout and she didn't do anything to compensate for it, instead she even sneered at us.
