Taxes to be paid at the end of our visit which we wasn't made aware of depending on the star rating of your hotel so keep this in mind.
My family recently travelled to Rome for the first time, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's a 10 minute walk from Termini Station, and so was easy to access from the airport. That same proximity to Termini Station also made getting where we wanted to go easy. Most locations we wanted to see were within a 20 minute walk though and so we only used the metro to go to Vatican City. The room was spacious and clean and the bed comfortable. Booking and communication before check-in were easy. We'll definitely book here again on our next visit to Rome.
Well, I can start with the service which was excellent. The receptivity and friendliness of the staff could not be better. Great breakfast. Also, there is a roof was great. Clean and organized room.

We stayed here in July 2017 and we had a wonderful stay. It’s on a quiet street with hardly any foot traffic yet close enough to The Roman Forum and The Colosseum and many restaurants. Our only minor issue was the AC is not meant to handle the 98 degree heat wave went through that week and the room was almost too hot to sleep in at night but we managed. The breakfast at the top of the hotel was so peaceful every morning. Have since recommended to family and friends to stay at as well!
Great location, very friendly proprietors, clean, private bathroom with bidet, excellent value, breakfast in bed.

It’s a boutique 4 unit guesthouse within an office block, there is a tiny elevator and the building is secure, there’s a convenience store right next door too.
Highly recommended for the price, cleanliness and location!
Stayed here August 2016. They graciously let us switch rooms due to my parents’ superstition. The beds were comfortable. There was plentiful breakfast each morning.
I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the main sites—Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Pantheon and Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore. Affordable given the great location!
The location is amazing, it's close to metro station and train, rooms are very nice and clean. Buffet doesn't have a big variety if you're looking for halal food, however there is a supermarket close to the hotel and you can get whatever you want, the only problem is I didn't feel safe with all these youth down and around the hotel (gangs style) and the station but this is nothing has to do with the hotel.
Great B&B / Boutique hotel in the heart of Rome and close to everything. It's clean, modern, well equipped and in a splendid building. It's a shame that due to covid we couldn't meet the staff personally or enjoy the breakfast. Wish you luck and highly recommend to everyone!
Ive been to Europe 3 times and this is the best hotel I've been in. REALLY REALLY nice host. Breakfast was included for free. The breakfast was really professional, this place is definitely worth the cheap 90 euro price tag
