Had dinner, a long time ago, on the roof. The food was awful but the view at night was great so you get 3 stars. We did not stay at the hotel so can't comment on that.
We stayed in this hotel 2 years ago. Actually it was more than we expected. Big and clean room with high ceiling and lots of closets. Very friendly staff and excellent location.
Disappointing. Room was so small we had to put suitcases in bathroom. Breakfast was one of the worst I’ve had in Italy, with poor quality food and with the exact same food served every day. Counter service was okay, not particularly friendly and not willing to give extra information. All this for a charge of 300 euro a night. I emailed the hotel to provide feedback, and obviously this wasn’t of any interest to them as i received no response. I guess you guys are just interested in getting money for your rooms and not interested in improving the experience for your customers.
Amazing rooftop patio! Definetly worth a check out if you are in Rome.
An excellent experience all around. The beautiful room was only outdone by the extremely friendly and attentive staff. The rooftop restaurant was the icing on the cake as the views were breathtaking and the food and wine were perfect.
