The hotel is located right next to major locations and is beautiful inside. The rooms show they have thought of every detail an individual may need during their stay (for example: a drawer in the bathroom for personal items) and their service has been great. When we return to Rome we will definitely stay here again.
Perfect hotel! Clean, room cleaned daily, very atmospheric and nice room, everything you need, perfect location - right next to the Di Trevi fountain, close to the market. Upstairs, a great terrace with deckchairs. I will definitely come back here! I finally found the perfect hotel!
Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, I have attempted to get a refund or credit to be able to travel next year- once it is safe. Their customer service has been responsive, but they insist that my group travel now or before the end of the year. This is unacceptable. Americans are discouraged from traveling and my elderly and medically fragile mother certainly cannot make this visit under these circumstances. They need to be more flexible especially under these emergency circumstances.
This hotel was the best! Beautiful, clean and amazing/helpful staff - especially Jessica at the front desk! Also the rooftop bar is great, wonderful location and really I don't have anything bad to say about this place.
Beautiful room, amazing beds, close to plenty of historic buildings, and and most importantly the staff are top notch and extremely helpful!
