The floor was a bit dusty but besides this everything was ok. Keep in mind that the breakfast is at a different location about 1-2 min away. The breakfast was good.
I want to clarify that I wasn't even accommodated here. I just want everyone to know that this place simply doesn't communicate for several days the moment you want something from them, weeks prior to arrival. Due covid changes in flights, I had to shorten my stay and I asked them if it's possible and they just stopped responding. Completely. Few days later I just received an email, in Italian, which I partially tried to translate with help of Google translate, that basically said they only have check in until 2pm and othertimes I have to make an automatic check in. Who would risk coming to Rome in late evening, having to check in automatically in a place where they don't reply, don't communicate and apparently don't use english. I can't afford such risk. I cancelled, free of charge, my accommodations and booked elsewhere. I am sure place is nice and location is awesome, but these guys should work on their communication. I am sure if that is fixed this would be an awesome place to stay in Rome.
Really nice hotel ! The rooms are beautiful and big ! And the Balkons and its view, are Amazing!

They don't refund the money which they are obligated to refund! They don't answer to the emails! Be careful if you want to stay here
