This was one of the finest hotel I stay in. The rooms and hallways were spotless. My room was small, but we'll organized. The bathroom is marvelous. Free breakfast was included. The staff were wonderful. I hate to leave.
Our family of 7 stayed there for 5 days. Everything was excellent, the decor of the hotel, the amenities, the rooms were clean and fully stocked, the buffet breakfast was perfect with enough selections to please everyone. However, the hotel staff, including Gabriel, Virginia and Sandra was exceptional. They went out of their way for us on every request from making change to recommending restaurants for dinner. I would tell everyone if you are going to Rome, stay at this hotel.
too small hotel. jr. suite room is also too small and cold in winter. location is not good. it's in the hill !! too difficult to walk from the main road. it should be 3 star or below. temp. controller can only goes upto 23 Celsius and reception told us they can't do anything though we are cold in room in winter. lobby is too small and uncomfortable.
Excellent stay! Beautiful rooms, clean and large areas. Stunning rooftop with great bar and drinks. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Great breakfast. Location is awesome as well. Thank you!
