My family recently travelled to Rome for the first time, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's a 10 minute walk from Termini Station, and so was easy to access from the airport. That same proximity to Termini Station also made getting where we wanted to go easy. Most locations we wanted to see were within a 20 minute walk though and so we only used the metro to go to Vatican City. The room was spacious and clean and the bed comfortable. Booking and communication before check-in were easy. We'll definitely book here again on our next visit to Rome.
When we just arrived at the adress you need a code to enter the front door, reception is located on the 3rd floor, I contacted them via WhatsApp and they replied immediately. Adress was easy to find from Rome termini and pretty central located. Room is clean and high ceiling, love it!! We stayed here 3nights and the room has everything you need for a citytrip in Rome, next to our room was a kitchenette for common use, coffee and tea available all the time and fridge :)
Everything is well organized and explained well during check-in. Only thing that might be an issue is if you are bigger built than average it might be a challenge in the shower, shower cabin from our room was pretty small, for us it was actually fine (both 170ish cm) would recommend this place for sure!
Stay here. This place was PERFECT!!! It’s in a great area (right down the street from the coliseum). The WiFi works. And the host is wonderful. We had a bad experience with an Airbnb our first night in Rome. In the midst of searching for a new place, we stumbled in to Nerva Accommodation. The host gave us a great price on a huge room (seriously, this must have been a honeymoon suite—an entry hall, two full bathrooms, a separate living and massive master bedroom, a balcony, etc.). She singled handedly turned our stop in Rome from going downhill to one of the highlights of our trip.
Absolutely perfect spot and cool baroque rooms with an AC that saved our lives during our visit in the 40+ degree summer in Rome!
Breakfast is unfortunately the Italian standard, coffee and croissants, yogurt and cornflakes.
Places nearby with omelettes and other food so no biggie.
Stay here!! During a recent trip to Rome, my boyfriend and I had an awful Airbnb experience which caused us to have to look for last-minute accommodations. After a few quick minutes of online research, we found Nerva Accommodation. I thought the price was too good to be true so we walked over to preview a room before paying for the week. Ilza showed us around and we got what seemed to be a honeymoon suite for such an incredible price. Seriously -- we had a huge bedroom, another large sitting/dining room attached to our private suite, two bathrooms with one shower each, a patio, and an espresso machine. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free and they held our bags for us until our train left later in the day. Not super important, but there were gorgeous paintings on the ceilings in both rooms which just added to the charm of this hotel. Great location just down the road from the Colleseum and the wifi worked consistently. Hot water was infinite and there is an elevator. Highly recommend this place!!!
