Stayed here August 2016. They graciously let us switch rooms due to my parents’ superstition. The beds were comfortable. There was plentiful breakfast each morning.
I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the main sites—Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Pantheon and Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore. Affordable given the great location!
Refused to refund my booking when I couldn’t travel due to Covid 19. Would only offer me a coupon which is of no value when you live in Australia and international travel is not allowed. So disappointing.
Loved it. Would definitely stay here again. Rooms are very nice. Enjoyed mini bar and breakfast is recommended. The terrace bar is a nice place to relax
Why are you not giving refunds on travels that the government is not approving? How fair is that to your customers? Just because it is legal or within your policy doesnt mean its the right thing to do. Please reconsider your policy and be fair to hard working people.
Nice hotel. Great location. Rooms are clean although a little dark and need more lighting. Rooftop breakfast was lovely. Close to the train station. We would stay here again.
