Reviews from visitors:
Beautiful hotel situated perfectly for exploring the main attractions. Less than a minute to Trevi Fountain and rooms are nice and neat. Only reason it's a 4 star is due to the room being a little to small and a slow and old elevator. Other than that I cant fault it yet.
The location is amazing, In the center of Rome very few steps away from the Trevi fountain. The staff was very friendly and very quick in helping. breakfast is truly amazing. Negative notes: if you don’t get a room in the main building you can be located in one of the other buildings which belong to the hotel. These do not have a lift and you can land on the 4th floor with very steep stairs. Few mistakes done but were solved immediately. If you like the central location and don’t expect too much for your overnight stay this is a good choice.
Nice hotel! Small, but clean and tidy. Our room also needed some repair, stuff helped us to stay in comfort unless we get it repaired.
I’m giving this hotel 2 stars based solely off the location and staff. The room itself was very small and barely fit the two of us and our carry on luggage. I had to put my bag on the floor next to the bed and hop on and off the bed from the end to go to the bathroom. There was no space to unpack or repack when we were leaving.
We were also put in a room that only had a “garden” window with no natural light and the WiFi would not work and there was no cellphone service either.
Lastly, the bathroom was updated, but there was no counter space to put your stuff down. Only room for a brush and toothbrushes at most.
The location was great, however. Right next to Trevi and very easy to walk to the coliseum and pantheon. The train was also close enough to take to the Vatican.
We switched hotels after the second night.
The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast!!! They had tons of egg selections, meat, amazing pastries, pizza, and fruit! They change it up a bit each day. I give this hotel 4 stars and not 5 because we had to wait for 30 min after we were supposed to check in. I wish they had a place for guests waiting to check in that is roomier than a small lobby... maybe provide a few drinks or snacks. It was raining heavily, or else we would’ve just walked around.
