Great hotel fantastic value! Staff do a great job nothing is too much trouble
The hotel was lovely and clean, friendly and helpful staff. There was a free shuttle bus to take you to the town (near the Spanish steps) and the driver was very professional and gave 1st class customer service. The food was good. The restaurant on the rooftop was beautiful but the prices was too high but there was a lovely seafood restaurant across the road for 1/3 of the price. The rooms were furnished to a high standard with large balconies. Bed was comfortable. Spa area could be better, prices for treatment was high for what you get and you pay extra even if you have a treatment if you want to use the sauna and jacuzzi. No swimming pool which I was surprised for a 5 star hotel. Overall I had a fantastic break.
I stayed here mid August and it was simply amazing. The staff are fantastic, the room was incredible. It is in a grand location close to the underground and next to a main bus line. I'd highly recommend this hotel to all. Thanks guys
Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff! The hotel is located in wealthy area of Rome where safety and convenience are standard. Entering the Hotel Ritz after a long day of sightseeing and shopping was always step out of the craziness of Rome and into a bliss or smiling associates and a beautifully appointed lobby. It was always a pleasure to start and end my days in Rome at the Hotel Ritz!
We had such a bad experience with this hotel we booked junior suite room . Room were so hot no space for any ventilations,. Room wasn’t cleaned and seemed closed for a while then we had to change the room no fan no ac in 5 star hotel ? We asked them they were saying today weather is warm open the windows will be ok . There plug sockets wasn’t working few times we had to call to their customer service to sort this issue. Tea kettle were given in room but wire couldn’t reach the socket so we have to use the kettle on a floor sockets. Room service was so bad they left the cups in washed and when we complained they might only rinsed it but still never washed properly .At breakfast time there bread was moulded .
