We only just went there for a drink in the rooftopbar. We were a little bit scared to enter the hotel in our sweaty touristy gear after a day of sightseeing with the hotel looking so fancy. But we entered regardless and were greeted by the nicest staff at the reception. Very welcoming. Guided us to the rooftopbar. Were we drank amazing cocktails. They are pricey, but with the delicious snacks you get with them totally worth it.
Truly the best hospitality I have ever experienced. From check-in to departure the attention to detail, high standard of care and environment was faultless. The front of house staff were beyond welcoming, polite and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our long weekend was seamlessly taken care of with reservations, tickets and transport. I cannot recommend staying here more, or at least visiting the roof terrace for a cocktail! No matter how great a hotel is, it will always be defined by its staff. The staff at Singer Palace make this Hotel as special as Rome itself- a direct thank you to the breakfast waitress and reception team (I'm so sorry I am truly awful at remembering names, I wish I could thank you personally... you helped me with scissors for my evening dress hahah)
The Singer Palace is THE hotel to be in Rome, they treat you like an "emperor", always ready to help and satisfy your needs. We asked to get a late checkout and we got pleased with a complimentary late check out. Breakfast is awesome, with fresh products and fresh baked pastries...I want to personally thanks all the people working there for their exceptional service, thanks to Anastasia, Jessica and Federica and the 3 bartenders on the rooftop (apologies if I forgot some names or someone) you guys rock... Our stay in Rome was perfect also because of you.
We experienced the best of Italian hospitality. Attentive staff, magnificent rooftop breakfasts, perfectly appointed rooms and located near everything in Rome. We will come back.
Love this place! This hotel is located in the middle of old town. As soon you enter this boutique hotel you will have a warm welcome by the staff and be surrounded with luxury. The staff will make sure that you would have everything and more at your disposal. I have visit this hotel two times in one week, there cocktails are amazing!! You can sit on the rooftop and admire Rome!
