Reviews from visitors:
Nice staff is the only saving grace of this place. True they have free breakfast, but the coffee is awful, coming from a machine that spits out a ton of grinds into the cup before nearly overfilling it. No more room for milk or sugar. Bathroom smelled like a sewer all night, and the walls and windows are far from sound proof. We heard people talking most of the night and early morning and some street maintenance crew most of the night running a loud machine right outside. Also none of the light switches make any sense. Seems like it depends on what light is on to determine what the switch will do. When I mentioned the bathroom smelled the next morning, front desk staff said they would check it out and only apologized as an afterthought. "I'm sorry by the way." My wife and I were supposedly upgraded to an "executive suite" which as was noisy and smelly and was about as big as a normal sized room. ???
Thank God we only stayed one night, barely slept at all, due to noise and smell.
The location is amazing, it's close to metro station and train, rooms are very nice and clean. Buffet doesn't have a big variety if you're looking for halal food, however there is a supermarket close to the hotel and you can get whatever you want, the only problem is I didn't feel safe with all these youth down and around the hotel (gangs style) and the station but this is nothing has to do with the hotel.
We have travel restrictions in Australia due to covid 19 which our borders have been closed so we are NOT allowed to leave our country so I emailed the hotel to either refund me or give me a credit for next time but they are NOT willing to do neither of them. They said that Italy doesn't have any travel restrictions which they just don't understand that we do.
Free breakfast is always a plus; wonderful coffee. The staff were very nice as well. It's in a central location to a variety of restaurants and street shopping, tourist locations within walking distance.
In the corner of Rome Termini train station so it's easy to go around. Place is clean and quite trendy even though the building is quite small, the rooms are quite spacious. Breakfast is limited but good. The surrounding area is quite messy, with street vendors people hanging out cigarette buts everywhere but it's easy to find a small nice restaurant to have a meal, there's one next door even, and a convenience store next to it. There's KFC across the street if you're looking for Halal food.
