A wonderful hotel.
I traveled during the pandemic, all sanitary measures were in place which guaranteed a stay respecting sanitary conditions. The room was clean, spacious, tidy and there was nothing missing. I could not test the breakfast but I can assure you that it smelled divine. The location is ideal since it is next to Termini, which makes it easy to get to the airport. Finally, Vincenzo (the person in charge of the hotel) was very kind and professional. As soon as I had a problem he found a solution quickly and that, 24/24.
So I can only recommend the Concept Terrace Hotel if you want to have a splendid stay in Roma

Amazing Clean Hotel. Staff are so friendly and willing to help, nothing is a problem. Coffee and breakfast was great. Beds are so comfy and pillows are like resting your head on a cloud. Perfect stay, couldn't fault
It is not exactly a hotel, it seems to me an office building in the most luxurious part of Rome and on the fifth floor there is a small reception of the hotel which runs from seven in the morning until 11 at night. We took the suite which was divided into two spaces, in the first space sofa and TV. And in the other room a bed and shower, no wardrobe, there is a rack with hangers by the bed. There is a small balcony whose door did not close but I found it the night we returned from a long walk after 11pm and there was no one at reception at this hour. Our room was ready a little late, the receptionist was nice and made us a coffee to wait. Dining room inside has 4 seats from what I've seen and everything else is outside so if it's cold then you can't sit there. Overall it was nice but it feels like a hotel right at the start.
Great new boutique hotel. +ves - stylishly furnished, lovely balcony with far view of St Peters, friendly service, great location and delicious breakfast. -ves - room door not very sound proofed from reception and pillows hard. Would recommend a stay here !
