Chose this place for it's location and a terrace.
First of all the hotel is spread across the different buildings. No idea where the terrace was. The pictures of the rooms are deceptive, rooms are much smaller than shown but it never bothered us. What did bother us was a leaking conditioner which had a bucket underneath it and a water dripping sound that kept us up as well as the need to empty the bucket in the middle of the night. Then the other side of the aircon started leaking flooding the floor. We have reported it but notjing was done to fix it. The shower had a sign that hot water will run only for 5 minutes. Either we didn't shower for longer either the hot water was running for longer but the sign definitely didn't help the impression. Very high step into the shower making it a tripping hazard. Breakfast is served on the square next to the terrace so can't walk there in your slippers but we enjoyed it as it's a great place for people watching. Breakfast itself was simple but filling, coffee was good.
Can see the colliseum from the street but the actual walk was around 20 minutes. There is a lovely restaurant nearby.
We have used the reward nights for this stay, if we had to pay the full price, I would be more disappointed.
Well, I can start with the service which was excellent. The receptivity and friendliness of the staff could not be better. Great breakfast. Also, there is a roof was great. Clean and organized room.
Good location to see everything I Rome by foot, very nice roof terrace, our room was nice but it was on the second floor against the street so there was some noice from the outside. Friendly staff. Good value for the money.
Great little hotel with an awesome location. Be mindful to note there is no lift. But the bed and location make up for it
