We stayed here in July 2017 and we had a wonderful stay. It’s on a quiet street with hardly any foot traffic yet close enough to The Roman Forum and The Colosseum and many restaurants. Our only minor issue was the AC is not meant to handle the 98 degree heat wave went through that week and the room was almost too hot to sleep in at night but we managed. The breakfast at the top of the hotel was so peaceful every morning. Have since recommended to family and friends to stay at as well!
Centrally located near the forum, colloseaum and in the Monti neighborhood your will be footsteps away from many sites. Restaurants located nearby are to many to list. My advise...stay here.
I was bored and exploring on google maps and found this placethat I staye din with my family when I was little. Im so glad I found what it was called because it was such a cool experience. It was as if you were truly staying in the heart of what was around you for the time, you were given a little skeleton key that got you into your room and It was practiaclly a whole apartment in there with a kitchen dining room and bedrooms. I remember the morning after we had some very nice breakfast and the view was very nice as well. The night we had gotten there we got to go to this indoor seating area in the catacombs where my parents had a glass of wine while they waited to give us our room info it was such an experience. I'd reccomend this place to anyoen interested in staying in Rme because its within walking distance to the colosseum and the roman forum is just around the corner.
The staff was very accommodating. We stayed 7 nights and our room was beautiful. Our daughters were upgraded to a 4 floor apartment around the corner and it was absolutely awe inspiring. The location is near everything that the city of Roma has to offer. Matteo went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and run smoothly. We have been lucky enough to stay at some beautiful locations in the world and I would recommend this property, and will be returning here in the future.
The staff here are incredibly accomodating, thoughtful and courteous. My room was ready for check in hours early, which made my life so easy - drop bags, shower after long travels, nap and get out and explore! They also upgraded me to a gorgeous town house, when I originally booked a deluxe room. It's quiet, peaceful, safe and sumptuous. The location is perfect for exploring Rome and there's good restaurants nearby. The ruins inside and nearby are incredible and the whole area has felt safe to walk around as a solo female traveler. I'll be coming back here, no doubt!
