Taxes to be paid at the end of our visit which we wasn't made aware of depending on the star rating of your hotel so keep this in mind.
Fabulous welcome and great communications , regular support throughout our stay face to face and by email. Very clean and comfortable. Simple but well organised break fast arrangements. Central location convenient for sightseeing. Lovely airy room. Very good anti covid precautions..We had upper floor room with lovely view across the rooftops. Windows opened wide for excellent ventilation. We had a great stay here.
The Hotel Colosseum is a reasonably priced and centrally located, no-frills hotel. The rooms are clean and simple as are the breakfasts. The location on a small hill results in a nice view from the 8th-floor rooftop area, and the small street off the main drag is nicely quiet. The staff is attentive and helpful. At less than a mile from the Colosseum and the Forum it is well located for walking to the main sights, with the metro close by for longer trips.
I think the rooftop bar itself is amazing. Not a bad place for major attractions. Room small but you don't spend time in your room in Rome
Stayed here on a 4 day city break and it was most enjoyable, staff were very friendly and helpful , room was very clean , fresh towels left every day , breakfast was very good and staff provided the foods you choose usually this is a help yourself but because of covid 19, the hotel have put in measures to keep everyone safe, rooftop bar was fantastic to sit and relax on a evening after a busy day sightseeing with a chilled glass of wine , if I ever go back to rome would definitely stay here again also central to reach all tourist attractions
