Location is quite good, reception was very welcoming and ready to help you. Rooms are OK. I think this hotel could be a very good 3-star establishment, but I didn't feel I was in a 4-star hotel. Breakfast was acceptable, not extraordinary.
Even prior to booking the Napoleon Hotel the staff reached out to answer questions and provide assistance in our travel plans. Upon arrival the staff greeted us with smiles and were gracious in their hospitality. The guest room was clean and tidy, the included breakfast had a wide variety of selections and the front desk staff always available to assist where needed. The hotel is directly across from the Emmanuel metro station on the red line which made tourist travel easy. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this property when booking your hotel accommodations.
Napoleon Hotel Roma is truly a wonderful hotel! It is perfectly located near the Colosseum. In fact, it is just a short walk. It has a metro station just right outside the hotel which is so convenient to many major attractions. The hotel staffdoes an outstanding job welcoming you and they truly do everything they can to make your stay a comfortable and wonderful experience. I was so happy after a long flight to not only be able to arrange pick from the airport, but also they offered an early check in. The hotel has beautiful Roman decor! The rooms are very clean and well kept. The shower is a bit small, but functional and it has hot water. The hotel concierge was very gracious to help me book tours during my stay. Additionally, he gave me several suggestions for great restaurants nearby as well as an easy map to navigate my way around the city. The breakfast buffet is very plentiful and delicious and comes with your stay. I can go on and on about how much I adore this hotel. I'll definitely be back when I return to Rome! I highly recommend!
I always stay here when in Roma, it's clean and very well run, family owned and it's so Central. Great hotel at a great price!! Highly recommend it!
