I booked a room for 3 people in your place and this hotel chargend € 636,- from my credit card although they didn't have the right because we selected payment at the hotel. That dependence of my money has brought me in a very uncomfortable situation. I already contacted my lawyer because the hotel stuff is unable....
Clean, friendly well situated. The breakfast was great. What a beautiful way to start the day. I wish that the room had a closet, but everything else was great
I tried to get them on the phone For three months to help correct an incorrect date booking, to no avail. No answer. Hotels.com also tried. Four days before the incorrect date was on us they gave a blanket “no changes or refunds” email. Super poor customer service, especially given the stress of COVID issues.
Beautiful clean rooms with AC (that actually works and is turned on). Roof top terrace thats you can enjoy some wine on. Check in was simple and beds are comfortable (not hard). Finding it was a little challenging so pay attention to the number 29 on the address.
We liked it more last time we were there. Shame our room had tiny window overlooking construction side in the patio so in pick summer we had no access to natural light or fresh air. Staff appeared abrupt and somehow room but the attitude changed the next day. Good breakfast included in our room so that was nice.....
