Lovely room. Value for money given Rome prices.
Customer service was 11 out of 10! We couldn't have asked for a better host. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable for our entire trip, even offering to come in to work early to prepare us a special breakfast before checkout on our last day. Would most definitely recommend!
Stayed for one night. Very friendly service, clean rooms. Old nice building, central but quiet. Recommend it.
Nice place right by the USA embassy. Lotsa security. Lotsa patrols. Near just about everything, just not right next to anything. So rather peaceful.
This is a great hotel. Although is a little off the beaten path it is in a great location. The rooms are clean and comfortable with free WiFi and a IPad was also in our room for our use. Giulia and staff provided a continental breakfast fruits, fresh juices and pastries. It was just simply delicious. I think this is a hidden gem of Rome. By big branded names and stay in Residenza Roma Centro.
