I read a lot about this place before I came, and many people were mad because they had to wait too long while checking in. Well, I came and only saw one receptionist “Ismael”. Honestly, i had to wait for a long time but the way Ismael handled the crowd was amazing! He was so respectful and apologized for making us wait and actually tried to justify that his colleague is on emergency leave. I was the last one to check in but still appreciated what Ismael did. It was our first time in Riyadh and he got us an upgrade also.
Location of the hotel is perfect, 15-minutes trip to most of the hot places.
Very special thanks to you and your team Ismael, definitely would come again.
The straw that broke the camels back, already burdened by: laundry arriving days late, to the wrong room and incomplete; having to wrangle new laundry bags from the staff like they were coated in Saffron; showers that run hot/cold; the water supply smelling of sewerage; the water supply being turned off for 24hrs without prior notice to guests, (despite the manager's insistence); the internal public areas being cold enough to give you frost bite, was at 7am on Saturday morning workmen with hammers begin demolishing a wall.
Perhaps this review will reach the eyes of someone willing to address these issues...inshallah.
The rooms are nice and the view is not bad from all the sides.
However, the service is not good. The reception will answer after 3-4 times of trying to call and I think they don’t have room service because I called them 3 times because my room (and my brother’s rooms) were not made and requested someone to tidy up and no one came.
I suggest you don’t get the room with breakfast because it is lower than low.

I’ve just came just came into the place because of its location which seems close to central areas. Check in and out was fine, didnt face any problem or delay. Corona virus precautions was fine, sanitizing materials and masks are also available every floor and restaurant and lobby area. Rooms and furniture are very well and clean.. Personnel was very helpfull and polite, special thanks to restaurant staff and chief Abbas.
