Worst Hilton Hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The front desk Manager was rude and his people were RUDE. Not that I judge people for their personal choices, but this is just an example of how unprofessional they are. Terrible customer service. We found the place to be disgustingly unhygienic (stained sheets, stained towels, dirty bathrooms etc.) When visiting a new city you want to stay at a place that makes you feel comfortable... not one where you feel the need to clean yourself with wet wipes because the shower is too gross. We wouldn’t recommend it. DON'T DO IT! Horrible customer service. Bad management. No communication. They don't care about their guests. They close during hours customers might arrive arrive. So good luck if you planned on arriving early or flying in late!
When the good meet the worst...
Check-in was the worst I experienced: understaffed, under qualified staff, not even the most basic courtesy, time consuming process that took me more than 15 minutes of waiting time.
The room I had was modern, nice design, amazing view through a very large window, fantastic AC (silent and efficient)... Too bad that they left only two small bottles of water in the room for a one-night stay. Competition most often provide with six bottles and the cost is not killing their profitability.
Restaurants are fine with good service but quite pricey.
Location of the hotel is convenient, close to Granada Shopping Mall and ten minutes away from the airport.
Although my stay was only 2 days I absolutely loved it! This hotel has it all! The location is perfect, close to the airport (15 minutes) and around 20-30 mins from everywhere I wanted to go to. My absolute favourite thing is that they have a valet service completely free of charge! I also recommend their breakfast but you seriously have to wake up early to put your order in as it may take sometime (mine took over an hour) as the kitchen gets busy. Definitely recommend staying here!
Poor check in process , came 2 pm they said 3 will be ready and I have meeting online at 3 , I asked if there is a business center so I can have my meeting they said we don’t have !!!!.. I went to a place to finish my meeting and came back at 7 pm , and said still room is not ready !! Wait for 30 mins , then not ready again and they offer an apartment which was good but but but , no bath room kits , no not one bath room robe , room is smiley when you turn off air conditioning, when you call operator ( room service ) no one answered ( 3 times called )
It was horrible experience for me , never come back again and funny thing it’s promote for themselves as a 5 star hotel service
The room had an issue with hot water,
I had to complain and call service 3 times.
Then they changed my room.
So will give 3 stars for poor customer service, it should be upgraded to satisfy customer.
Recommend it: Yes, breakfast is good, location is good.
Will return: No.
