Small, comfortable clean rooms in the heart of the city at a very affordable price. A great location with free parking. We didn't spend a lot of time here, but its a great home-base for adventures in the city.
Olaya District (in Arabic: العليا) is a growing financial district in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Located in the north side of the city, it hosts important sites and famous local landmarks, such as the Kingdom Centre, which houses the Four Seasons luxury hotel. It will also contain Al Rajhi Tower, which, upon its completion, will be the tallest building in Saudi Arabia.
Food is great. The room itself is not good. Fridge doesn't work well so if you keep food in there, it might go rotten. Toilet flush sometimes didn't work and finally, reception doesn't respond too well, I told the reception my request three times before they actually did anything about it.
Rooms are small and good. Breakfast have limited options. ✔️The service of breakfast staff need little improvement and more active.
✔️Also I waited for 15 minutes for porter to come and take my luggage to my room.
✔️In the room there is some unpleasant smell on the bedding.
That's all my genuine comments that needed to improve.
Overall good experience.
Good service on housekeeping. Alaways takes care of my needs during this time of pandemic, also in front of the hotel they have big parking area. Thanks a lot.
