Nice hotel with cozy bed. It's a new property with spacious rooms and amazing KAFD view. I recommend it to everyone esp if you are looking to relax while staying at the heart of Riyadh
We had to change room because they didn't give us what we ordered in the first place
New hotel with an amazing friendly staff ( security, reception, and room services). However, I am staying for 3 nights, and on the first day, I already changed my room twice due to AC. The front desk was supportive and nice to change the room. Unfortunately, I went to a smaller room due to availability and only two floors have been commissioned so far.
I am expecting a better compensation :(
Nevertheless, the hotel is new and great with friendly staff and good location ( hard to reach tho )
No heating (by design) can make winter stays hard. Room service performance random, typically you have two request everything twice to get it. Convenient location.
