Very nice hotel in a quite and nice location. Close to the highway. Nice behaviour from hotel stuff. Housekeeping was awesome. We were upgraded to a Business Suite which was better than any 5 star hotel of its class. Wish to stay here again.
Location, cleanliness and the services are wow. Not to mention Mr. Saleh FO was very welcoming and so friendly frankly he made my stay unforgettable. Crown plaza hotel, so lucky having you!
I love it! The best hotels in Riyadh i take a room with balcony that was very amazing. The staff is friendly. the lobby is was quite . The exterior of the cafe is great. The gym is was great. The restaurant is good and there are dedicated rooms for a business .
Far away from any Crown Plaza i stayed in around the world!

Check in took me 3 hours to get my room ready although its 2PM!
Reception is a mess, Rooms are okay but the process from me to arrive to get the room was a huge disappointment!
RDC is far away more professional than this one!

Tried the hotel lobby for a meeting and it was good for meetings, quietness, good smell actually, good staff. Good place as well between the north and the middle.
