Spacious parking available
They have uneducated staff in the hotel on managerial post I am visiting this hotel often for business meeting at the lobby area in their coffee shop. I just visited today for meeting.
when i was about to entered the hotel parking the security guy told me he can't allow my car inside the parking area as per him he said me our manager told coffee shop customers not allowed to park their car in the parking area.
I told him as you know that I m frequently coming to your hotel he told me yes I know you but as a told by manager i cant allow you to park your car I appreciate his word and I asked him please give me your manager number
he told me we have office on 2nd floor i went there and i tried to find him. But Mr Aziz was not there then 2nd floor i met with Mr. Mubashir he told me Mr Aziz is not in the hotel you can talk with Mr. Suhail I Called him and meet him out side of the hotel I asked him brother As per your security guard coffee shop customers are not allowed to park their car inside your parking area
Mr Suhail told we change the rule then i asked him brother if you change the rule you should mention of the hotel entrence gate by notice. he does not has answere then he told me we can't allow the people who are setting in the lobby for 4 to 5 hours then I told him we are not seating 4 to 5 hours we always seat for 1 or 2 hour not more then that. then he told we are not allowing coffee shop customers in the hotel to seat there because of them the area of our free parking always full. Then I told him brother there is no such hotel in the world that does not allow there customer to park there car when they always came for meeting purpose then i asked him come with me any other hotel for coffee if they didn't allow me then i will not park my car here but till that time I understood his capabilities of his services what kind of education have he had this is my humble request to hotel owner please send him for training at good institute for further education about Hotel industry I hope you will do it as soon as early
