An update from my visit to this place after 3 years from my original post - this place is my favorite accommodation in Riyadh and I highly recommend it to every business traveler and those who visit Riyadh in weekends. It's truly a Marriott experience at an affordable rates.

Stayed there for 10 days and Each day I had better experience than previous day.
Airport pickup, welcoming, bellboy, Reception, Restaurant, Food, Cleaning, Room service for all staff's and there continues efforts and friendly behavior was excellent.

A good hotel. Well maintained, attention to details and good housekeeping earns this hotel a 3 star rating by me. They would earn 5 stars if they paid close attention to minor things such as; when you turn off the A/C cigarettes smell starts to creep into your room. Also, you have to switch elevators in order to go to your room if you parked in the underground basement. The bathroom tiles and corners are not sparkling like the rest of the room. I would stay in this hotel in the future but no longer than 3 days.
Chic affordable hotel in the middle of Riyadh. You can tell that the hotel's interior is giving and modern and neat. We have tried the BBQ night buffet and it was reasonable. Love the lamb chops and shrimp! There could be variety of drinks though. If you'll say buffet, I think it is best to give unlimited drinks, they seem to hoard their softdrinks. Kudos to the staff. They were helpful, hardworking and efficient.
Kinda good. Needs a bit of redecorating for it's current one is a bit too classic, at least in my opinion. Other than that, it's all great. Liked the service too.
