View is nice .. "karim" the front desk guy is way respectfull ..nice..helpful and decent guy .. whenever I had a problem he is there till it's fixed.. housekeeping is nice also.. rooms are clean and comfy.
Below average. Fairly clean. Gym is bad (on few cardio and some not workong).
It's a great place to stay and do business or discover Riyadh with friendly staff, however, the attention to detail is missing a bit. The soap dispenser and paper towel machine on the gents toilet in the ground floor are frequently empty, in the restaurant there seem different standards as to wearing gloves at the breakfast buffet. I had to wear gloves, others not. That's not acceptable in the current situation. There is room for improvement.
The location is fantastic with walkways all around for a stroll or jog and plenty of shops and stores around. Worthwhile to mention is the good Wi-Fi and ample parking space.
It was great stay, the price is high relatively and the rooms were a bit old.
