The worst customer service I have encountered. I called and booked three weeks in advance and was kept waiting 3 hours to finally get the rooms we booked. The receptionist was rude. He raised his voice and made it seem like he was doing us a favor. Truly sad. Never coming back again.

Location is good. Lobby is nice with the coffee shop available in the corner.
They have large rooms.
Lightings inside rooms are distributed in a good way.
Parking space in front of the hotel directly and you'll always find a place to park.
Excellent shower pressure with a reliable heater for hot/cold water.
If I plan to stay here again, it's mainly because of the location. That's it.

Where to start exactly?
The main entertainment in all hotels all over the world is basically on two things: TV channels, and Internet Wifi.
1. TV over there is horrible. very weak signal, and a very small channel list!
2. Wifi connection is worse than TVs. As simple as that. such a disappointment.
No coffee maker or machine. Just the old kettle for boiling water. Feels like in the 90s or early 2000.
No housekeeping unless you call the reception and ask for them on a daily basis.
No room service, no breakfast, and their prices are a bit high.
I love this place, it feels like home
boutique and quite coffeehouse, great for studying.
Good rooms but no room service, no restaurant even no options to get your break fast. The cafe inside mostly full of students !!!
