Nice place to stay with reasonable budget pricing. Location of the hotel is not currently great due to road closures and detours. It has 8.3 rating but the rooms are just good for small family. Dim lighting which causes poor ambiance. Toiletries are not good enough for family. Have seen reviews of wet toilet due to water flowing out from shower and I had the same problem. Not so great for 4 star just decent enough.
After spending the night at this hotel, I decide that I should inform people planning to stay here about it.
1. We came to a room that was not cleaned well as the tiles at the room entrance had a large stain that obviously had no effort put into cleaning it.
2. The bathroom was also not clean and I had to spend a good 5 minutes wiping it down.
3. When returning to the room at night, the TV in the room was useless. When we called front desk to tell them about it, the response I got was “the remote is in your room”. After insisting for maintenance, they sent someone who couldn’t solve the problem and the solution was to wait until tomorrow.
3. There was a hotel guest that decided to
park his car in the middle of the hotel entrance for over 12 hours. As a matter of fact he was still blocking the way when I checked out. This made it difficult to get a cab and when we did we had to reverse out the entrance onto a main road with incoming traffic.
4. This would have not been an issue but the hotel manager/supervisor told us he did not want to deal with it, and instead told us to call local authorities to have the car removed. He said that the locals here are rude and he doesn’t want yo confront anyone.
Don’t be fooled by the four star rating. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve seen. And also over priced. You are probably better off at the hotels next to it
Booked for three nights. Hotel is clean and organized. Great menu regarding room service. Coffee bar inside the hotel and great pool area.
2 stars because of the soundproof is bad to be honest in this hotel .
Second, the staff services less than standard, they don’t smile, and they are a bit careless.
Third, the cleanliness should be better.

Not the best experience you'd expect from a 4 star property. Rooms were clean with decent decor. The bathroom was a turn off. There was issue with the faucets working at their own free will. The water from the shower stand was flooding the entire bathroom every time. The breakfast buffet was mediocre. Hygiene was questionable especially during the pandemic. Rooms are not sound proof, I could constantly hear the next door guests talking and laughing the whole night. The TV didn't have an HDMI or Chromecast so there is no way of connecting your entertainment gadgets. Room service is ok but not great. There is construction going around the perimeter of the hotel for which some roads are temporarily closed. I had issue hailing Uber/Career as they all used to arrive on the backside of the hotel.
