Check-out was fast but it took me 1hr to get out from basement parking. Someone blocked the driveway and they cannot locate the car owner, hence they are unsystematic, no one checks the basement parking to avoid such. Because of this, my other appointments were cancelled. Worst experience. They said sorry and moved on like no one was affected.
Room 406 shower is broken but at least there is water. Also, some part of the room is dusty like the phone, side tables and curtain.
Breakfast options are less and not the best, better have breakfast outside.
I give a star for the bed and the room size which we liked.
Great stay with very reasonable price including complimentary breakfast.
Staff is very cooperative and timely responsive.
