Small, comfortable clean rooms in the heart of the city at a very affordable price. A great location with free parking. We didn't spend a lot of time here, but its a great home-base for adventures in the city.
Brilliant property in Riyadh. Rooms are big and modern. Easy access to metro “ in the future” and to Nakhil mall and it’s close to the main road. Staff are courteous and the property has all facilities. Super quiet rooms.

One of the most beautiful hotels in Riyadh. The staff is very nice and helpful. A sophisticated and clean place and the outdoor session is very beautiful, especially in this atmosphere. Very clean, I wish development and success. But I hope to develop the food menu and open the rest of the facilities..
Very cozy and nice. Just please change the sheets every time other guests arrive and please clean the bathroom and disinfect the whole place.
Bring your own bed sheets and disinfectant if posssible.
My stay was perfect, thanks to the great staff, great mood & great food. The room was excellent so as the breakfast with its wide variety. Perfect location. It was all I needed! Thank u for a wonderful stay❤️

The bed was super comfortable and having the terrace was great. The location was excellent. The bathroom's smart glass was a nice touch!
Unfortunately, there's no cell phone coverage in the ground floor rooms.
It is good hotel. Very good location. Nice. Clean. Very comfortable and suitable price. A restaurant it is One of the best restaurants in Riyadh many kind of Delicious food and good service. Quick service and everyone is very polite. I highly recommend it.
Super elegant new hotel with reasonable price. In my view its the place to stay in Riyadh if you are there for business. It has nice gym and spa area ( though its small, but it does the job). The management/staffing of the hotel are great and welcoming. The lounge is super nice with good coffee & snakes if you are looking for a quite place to work. Breakfast is super and the infinity swimming pool is a nice area to relax after long working day
Staying here for a few months in the apartments. Amazing accommodations, world class dining, and very clean and hospitable amenities. Highly recommend if you are staying at the DQ or for any other reason.
