On arriving from over a 15 hour trip we arrived at the hotel at 9:30am. Too early to book in reception says. We had a choice pay a full days fee and get a room to put our bags down and relax or wait until 2pm to book in. Ok we don’t want it for free but full price :-). On departing We booked out early 10pm as so not to rush, just to find the free Wi-Fi was revoked when we sat in the lobby. The rest rooms in the lobby was disgusting. (See photos) my wife reported this to redemption. 1 1/2 hours later as we departed nothing was done. I don’t recommend this hotel
We stayed here for 2 nights on our trip to brazil. The staff here are friendly and the rooms are pretty big and nice. Dont expect a view, because you wont get one, but its a good location everything is close by and convenient. Close to all the entertainment. Rooftop pool is not too big and the drinks are reasonable. Reason for 4 star is because we got 2 rooms, ours was very good, but our friends room was just okay!
Didn't hate it! Staff kind. Room had just two beds not even a chair. We were stuck there all day because of rain. Seating area would hold 15 at once yet at least 70 rooms.
Decent hotel for a decent price. Air conditioning started to make noise during the night, but otherwise no complaints
The breakfast is buffet a lot of variety and delicious. Staff very nice.
All areas look pretty clean. They should fix the lift. Only one avaliable wasn't enough for 12 floors.
