Terrible service, waited 1 hour and 20 mins for my meal only to find out the order wasn't put to the kitchen. You can stay in many places much better than Novotel Atlantico
Very limited menu and breakfast is cold
An executive hotel, with standard installations, nice staff but misses the minimal quality at some key services.
The restaurant is overpriced for the quality of the food served. The dishes are super caloric and unbalanced. Salads with a lot of cheap ham and canned food. Minimal vegetarian or vegan options. You won't get a full balanced meal there.
Room service will bring a huge amount of disposable plastic every day. No glass cup or mugs available in the room. Coffee will be served in disposable cups like any cheap take away service. Once you have finished you just leave the dirt dishes and rest of your food on the floor at the hallway, and they will be collected once a day. (that makes a nice and very hygienic view).
The couch (which is actually an optional bed for kids) and the chair are ok if you intend to take a sit for couple of minutes a day, try to work there and your back will be requesting some pain pills soon.
The hotel is near the city center but you will depend either on public transportation or a tai to get you anywhere. There’s absolutely nothing at a walking distance, the hotel is surrounded by empty and abandoned buildings.
Went with high expectations only to be disappointed. Not a Novotel standard property. Super dirty, rooms were not clean. Towels were almost smelly every day. Breakfast was always below average. The breakfast area and dishes had leftover food from previous day that was never cleaned. See pictures for proof. Hotel never did anything to care about this. Very few people speak English. Location is not ideal. Please spend more money and stay somewhere else. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone in the future.

Noisy Not to as bad with noise as intercity porto maravilha but still noise when i arrived hotel should have been much cleaner had to change rooms food is ok and guest service is slow to respond most staff does not know english this hotel is an ok choice breakfast is also not included which is a thumbs down
