Awfully dirty, very unfriendly service.

Very beautiful and the personal was very glad and helpfull

Beautiful hotel in downtown Rio. The staff is really helpful.

The hotel does not meet the four-star rating. The room was dirty. There was no body wash in the bathroom. The restaurant did not have toothpicks. Staff was frosty. Definitely staying in a different hotel next time I am in Rio de Janeiro.

We spent two wonderful nights at Novotel Botafogo! The location was perfect, between the center and Copacabana. The spa is great!
