I traveled to Brazil from USA for the first time and this hotel made me feel so at home! It's right on the beach so we easily walked to the water whenever we pleased. The rooms were spacious and clean with large mirrors and a beautiful view. Breakfast was good and COVID-19 safe and the drink were great as well. The service was amazing! They provided everything we asked for including towels and re-cooking food. Would recommend especially for foreign travelers!
Amazing hotel. Great location and great breakfast. They are also pet friendly. Coco had a nice doggy bed and bowls waiting for her upon our arrival
Understaffed, broken elevator made getting up and down a PITA, laundry service is obscenely expensive (you could literally by new clothes at the nearby mall). Rooms are small. Drinks at the bar were pretty bad. I rarely send back food or drink, but my caipirinha was so acidic I asked for a replacement but the bartender refused. There is no place to fill water fountain or water cooler to fill water bottle, forcing you to buy from the hotel or drink the unfiltered and sometimes questionable Rio water.
The rooftop is nice and front desk and cleaning staff were great, but with the abundance of great hotels in Rio, I'm definitely looking elsewhere next time.
Whew chile... this place was a blessing. We stayed at two other hotels because this was booked on the last night we were staying in Rio and regretted leaving this hotel. The service was unparalleled. We had to change the room for a small inconvenience and they took time and care to move us and apologized profusely. The free breakfast is done very safely and with individual portions that are wrapped instead of buffet style. The water pressure was amazing too in the shower and the faucet. The pool was like the pictures, which was ok, but everything else was great. Best service I have experienced in a hotel. Although our room didn’t have a microwave, they had us bring our food to the restaurant to have it warmed at no charge. Absolutely amazing. Beautiful view of the beach too.

good food but no hot water at night and no parking. Difficult to find and need Brazil money for 20 tolls from GRU.
