Omg. What a hotel just amazing. Spacious rooms. Very nice and powerful shower. . The stuffs there are very polite, friendly,helpful, efficient. I don't have word to describe them. I loved every second I had her.
The breakfast is excellent. I loved my hair chocolate .

Great service and location. I stayed in their ocean view room with balcony and it had great view. Also service is great. During checkin they asked for coffee or water. After room cleaning, they leave chocolate in room.
Great location. Friendly staff, all of whom were very helpful. They gave great tips for places to visit and restaurants. Amazing view from the rooftop pool. I would definitely consider staying here again for next time I plan to visit Rio.
The location can't be beat - right in the centre of Copacabana and directly opposite the beach, and on the corner of a street packed with great places to eat and shop.
The view from the ocean facing rooms is superb, and despite the location, still quiet enough for a good night's sleep.
There were plenty of staff in the lobby and out the front at all times and we never felt unsafe walking out the door and strolling up and down the beachfront, day and night.
Room are a good size, but what lifts this place is the service. Check in was good, with free drinks and quick service. The breakfast was awesome, one of the best anywhere, and with very helpful and attentive staff. You never waited to get another cup of tea or coffee, and the food was quickly replenished with choices ranging from freshly cooked omelettes to donuts, pastries, fresh juices and fruit, cereals, tea, coffee and a range of hot and cold dishes.
They were very good at rearranging our booking, holding bags and giving directions.
A great introduction to Rio, and if we return, we would not look anywhere else
Well situated on Copacabana beach. Fifteen storeys high with a pool and bar on the top floor. Friendly place, all you can eat breakfast. Our room faced inside the hotel.
